The Sindhorn Residence construction of two building one 34-storey and other 10 stories 1,2 and 3 bedrooms with 202 fully furnished units on 0.64ha land It includes construction of 25-meter swimming pool with salt-water chlorination system, Covered kids' pool, Large pool deck with, embassy-view seating area, Fully equipped fitness centre with exercise area, Sport Club style changing and locker rooms with sauna and steam rooms, Multi-purpose rooms and 342 covered car park spaces.

The Tonson tower View Residence comprises of 59 units of 1 and 2 bedrooms in the 17-story with 3-story basement tower, rooftop swimming pool, residence lobby and lounge, fitness center, landscaped garden and 96 indoor car parking spaces.

The Lumpini Park View Residence comprises of 20 units of 2 and 3 bedrooms and Penthouse in the 14-story tower with 42 car parking spaces.

The Sindhorn Midtown includes the construction of two towers A and B, tower A construction of a 16-story and tower B construction of a 31-story.

The Tower L - includes the construction of a 35-story on 76,800m2.

The Tower W - includes the construction of a 19-story on 66,813m2.

The Tower S - includes the construction of a 39-story on 62,965m2.

The HC residences include the construction of the supermarket, a variety of shops, food and beverages, restaurants and services.

Siam Kempinski has been appointed as the management contractor for the hotel.

In the first quarter of 2017, Construction works were completed on the Sindhorn Residence.

In February 2018, Construction works were completed on the Tonson tower and Lumpini Park

Construction activities are underway on the remaining towers and are scheduled to be completed in June 2019.
