UK Green Investment Bank plc (GIB) will fund US$35 million; John Laing Investments Limited (JLI) will fund US$42 million as equity. Barclays will fund US$135 million as debt, 60% of which will be guaranteed by the Danish export credit agency Eksport Kredit Fonden (EKF) for the project.

Construction activities are underway and scheduled to be completed by May 2018.
