Jones Lang LaSalle has been appointed as transaction adviser for land acquisition, Commercial Estates Group (CEG) as associated developer, HOK Architect as architect, Aecom and Real PM as project manager, WSP Global and Parsons Brinckerhoff as consulting engineers, GVA as planners, Gillespies as landscape architect, Cantillon Ltd as demolition contractor and London Communications Agency as public relation (PR) and community consultant.

In March 2014, GGPZ exchanged contracts to buy the Hertsmere development site in Canary Wharf.

In March 2015, initial public consultation held.

In July 2015, design details were displayed for a 67-story residential tower.

In October 2015, GGPZ submitted planning application to the Tower Hamlets Council to demolish the existing four-story Hertsmere House office building and replace it with a new 67-story residential tower with 869 new homes. The plans were submitted following two rounds of public consultation.

Argent Design has been appointed as the interior designer and Bachy Soletanche as enabling contractor.

On February 23, 2016, GGPZ secured the planning approval for the project.

In April 2017, AECOM Construction Services secured the main construction works contract.

Construction is underway and expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2020.
