In December 2013, ODPL and HACSA signed options agreements to lease the land from the Lane County for 99 years.

In March 2016, Arbor South Architecture PC and Ankrom Moisan Architects appointed as an architect and Chambers Construction as a contractor.

On December 7, 2016, ODPL and HACSA secured project approval from the Lane County Board of Commissioners.

Construction works expected to commence in 2019.
