Churchman Landscape Architects has been appointed as Landscape Architect, Mecserve has been appointed as M&E Engineer, Exigere has been appointed as Cost Consultant, Heyne Tillet Steel has been appointed as Structural Engineers, Jones Lang LaSalle has been appointed as Planning Consultant, Hann Tucker Associates has been appointed as Acoustic Consultant.

Skanska AB has been appointed as the construction contractor.

Keltbray appointed as demolition subcontractor and Wentworth House Partnership as a design consultant, the scope of works includes demolition temporary work design.

In the third quarter of 2017, construction works are commenced

Construction works are underway and expected to complete by 2019.
