LeCesse Development Corporation is the development partner for residential buildings and Hawthorn Retirement Group, LLC for the senior independent living facility.

Lenity Architecture has been appointed as architect, Holden Engineering and Surveying as an engineering consultant, and Waterman Design Associates Inc. as a civil engineer.

A Special Town Meeting was held on May 19, 2013.

In January 2014, CGP held a public consultation with residents to discuss the proposed plans.

CGP submitted an application for a Subdivision Definitive Plan on June 3, 2014.

The Town of Maynard approved amendments to the Neighborhood Business Overlay District (NBOD) at the Special Town Meeting on January 11, 2016.

On March 22, 2016, CGP submitted an application for Concept Plan approval.

CGP submitted a new plan at a board meeting on May 11, 2016.

In August 2016, CGP plans to hand over the site and sign concept plans to voters.

Maynard voters approved concept plan at special Town Meeting in October 2016.

The project received necessary approvals and design activities are underway.

The project involves the construction of a 57,600m2 mixed-use community on 23.5ha of land in Maynard, Massachusetts, the US.

The US$100 million project includes the following:

1. Construction of 27,499m2 of retail space with 1,221 parking spaces

2. Construction of three residential buildings comprising 180 multi-family units with 370 parking spaces

3. Construction of a 6,317m2 supermarket

4. Construction of a 143-unit senior independent living facility with 73 parking spaces

5. Construction of footbridge over the existing pond, a trellis and seating along the pond

6. Construction of related facilities
