The project involves the construction of a 7,400m2 of 32-story residential tower. It will include the construction of 199 apartments, comprising two levels of basement car parking, a six level retail and commercial podium.

On June 11, 2013, the planning application was submitted to the City of Sydney Council and secured approval in October 2013.

On May 12, 2015, Watpac was appointed as a design build contractor for the proposed project.

Watpac will undertake restoration works, alterations and additions to both these buildings as well as associated heritage elements, ensuring the original character of these structures is maintained.

In April 2018, PGIM acquired 75% stake of retail and commercial development of the project from Fife Capital.

Construction is scheduled for completion by fourth quarter of 2018.
