Novare Group, PointOne Holdings Development and Batson Cook Development Co (BCDC) were awarded as developers for the first phase.

On December 2, 2016, REOFS filed a rezoning application.

In February 2017, the Newnan City Council approved the rezoning of the project site.

Humphreys & Partners Architects was awarded as an architect, Kimley Horn & Associates as the civil engineer and landscape architect for the phase one development.

In September 2017, Clearing and grading activities commenced.

Groundbreaking ceremony held in March 2018, marking the start of construction activities for the residential complex development.
