Southern Land Company (SLC) in partnership with Redwood Capital Investments, LLC (RCI), is undertaking the construction of a mixed-use tower project in Tennessee, the US.

The project involves the construction of an 18-story mixed-use tower.

The project involves the construction of 310 unit luxury apartments, a fitness center, a private clubroom, a rooftop pool, a restaurant on 464m2, 6,503m2 office space, structured parking area, and the installation of elevators, safety and security systems.

The apartments would be built in two sections of the multi-level building.

In February 2014, SLC resubmitted the planning application to Metro Planning Department and received approval on March 27, 2014.

Hastings Architecture has been appointed as architect, Lithko Contracting, Inc as a construction contractor and Gerdau Macsteel as structural steel subcontractor for the project.

Construction commenced in the third quarter of 2014.

On July 31, 2015, SLC submitted a revised design plan to the Metro Planning Commission from 17 to 18-story.

On December 14, 2015, SLC approved a structural frame and foundation permit.

On April 22, 2016, SLC approved multiple permits with a collective value of $23.75 million.

Construction is underway and expected to complete in the second quarter of 2018.
