ZAO Kitaysko-belorussky inductrialny park (CDIP) is undertaking the Velikiy Kamen (Great Stone) industrial park on a 850ha land in Minsk, Belarus.

The project involves the construction of a large industrial city. It also includes the construction of industrial parks, residential buildings, commercial buildings, laboratory facilities, sports facilities, cultural facilities, transport infrastructure, logistic and storage spaces, office spaces, educational facilities, parking facilities and power-related facilities.

The plot of land near Minsk International Airport has been earmarked for the project for the industrial city project, which will accommodate 155,000 residents.

The China Development Bank and the Export-Import Bank of China have reportedly agreed to finance the project.

On August 27, 2012, SINOMACH, Minsk Regional Executive Committee, China Merchants Group, JSC China CAMC Engineering Corporation, Harbin Investment Group, Minsk City Executive Committee, Horizon Holding created a joint venture ZAO Kitaysko-belorussky inductrialny park(Company for Development of the Industrial Park CZAO) to implement the project.

In July 2014, Government of Belarus signed an agreement with China to implement this project.

An in-house construction division of CDIP is undertaking the construction works on the project.

In April 2015, construction activities on the project were commenced.

In August 2015, ZAO Kitaysko-belorussky inductrialny park has signed letters of intent for the sale on the territory of the industrial park project with more than 30 companies and investment from these companies is expected after the creation of engineering and transport infrastructure.

Construction activities on the project are underway.

The Velikiy Kamen project involves the construction of an industrial city on an 850ha land in Minsk, Belarus.
