The third phase of the project includes the construction of a 39-story apartment tower, a 3,716m2 retail space, underground parking lots and other related facilities.

The entire project will include over 1,500 apartment units, 320 of which will be affordable housing, which also includes townhouses, access paths, and related amenities, and the installation of elevators, safety and security systems.

Chicago-based FitzGerald Associates and Architects, Chicago-based Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture, Seattle-based Baumgardner Architects have been appointed as architects, Naperville-based Hitchcock Design Group as the design consultant for the project.

On July 19, 2012, the Chicago Planning Commission approved a proposal for the redevelopment of the Atrium Village site at Division and Wells Streets in Old Town.

Onni Group in March 2014 initiated a process to acquire the property from Security Properties Inc (SP) and the acquisition was completed in June 2014.

In November 2015, demolition works commenced for the first phase.

ONNI's in-house division is undertaking the construction works.

In December 2017, ONNI received building permits on the second phase.

March 2018, construction works commenced on the second phase.
